I recently bought a built up Van Nicholas/Ultegra/Mavic rims road bike from cyclesense. What brilliant service and advice given as it was all dealt with by phone only. Fantastic bike having never had a titanium frame before and very reasonable carriage charge to Staffordshire. Thanks very much, Nick Ferrie.
I have used a few cycling shops around the area and this is the best one. Definitely my first port of call now. I had a Zipp wheel that needed fixing and other shops were telling me 6 weeks to get the part in, Cyclesense had it fixed within 2 days! They know their stuff and seem very fair on pricing with repairs. Having mainly used them for services/repairs, I know where Ill be going when it comes to buying my next new bike. A really great cycling shop, one Id highly recommend!
These guys know what they're talking about. They also go above and beyond in their efforts to serve you. Prices are right and make it easier to use them instead of the web. If it's your LBS you're lucky, use them!
Used this family bike shop for years , always friendly and knowledgable. This comes from experience , always happy to listen to good advice. You really cant get this service on-line.
I find Cyclesense to be a brilliant team. I have my bikes serviced there. I have bought wheels and other components. I have always been looked after. In fact I have ordered N+1 today from Cyclesense because they care about the customer. I strongly recommend Cyclesense either as a local or internet shopper. Jim
