Very dissatisfied with purchase and post sale By Eugene S 16 Sep 2018 Purchased vehicle Porsche Caynne through salesman... The vehicle was with multiple hidden problems, which was hard to observe during the purchase. Then cost thousand to repair. I have made numerous complains directly to the salesman. Obviously the answer was: you saw what you have purchased..... The 1 year Optimum warranty didnt mean anything . Spend 6 months awaiting for repair under warranty, send numerous Whats Up messages to the salesman, regarding all problems, experiencing with the car, but after awhile he forgot about the customer. Have to repair these problems myself. Very disappointed with the sale and post sale response. Especially after traveling for more than 4 hours one way from London to the Optimum car dealer and back. Spent hours in the show room, despite provided all personal and financial information during previous week, thinking the sales will take maximum 1 hour. Bad experience. Will not buy anymore from Optimum Vehicles.
