If I could give zero stars I would. Had pre booked a taxi with Karl and taxi driver Lee to pick us up from wedding venue at 12.15pm, and currently still sitting here at 1.10. Gave driver our number to call of there was an issue - have heard nothing. Have been calling taxi office - no answer. Sitting here with the lovely man who owns the venue and just wants to go home. At least could have given us a chance to book something else. Uber to the rescue...and that's saying something! Do not recommend.
