Kind staff and good facilities.
They never pick up the phone. They have you waiting for 15 minutes while they tell you what you cant do when you get through to the receptionists. Every time I have been in, Ive only ever seen 1 person taking the calls while the rest of them chat. They would much rather send an ambulance that costs loads of money than prescribe me an inhaler. And people wonder where all the money for the NHS goes.Ive been misdiagnosed before and ended up in hospital because a doctor over there wouldnt listen to me. Terrible.
