I would not even give Imperial Chinese Takeaway 1 star. I ordered the most expensive dish on the menu, which was crispy duck. It was all fat and grisle and soggy and slimy, instead of crispy. I then called them to notify them of my poor meal and I spoke with a woman who was extremely rude. She was not willing to provide me with free delivery to order a new meal. Her excuse was that duck is fatty. The duck I received was disgusting. I will never be ordering from this takeaway again and neither will my son who is a regular customer.
Food is lovely and the fish is a good size 1 fish is plenty for me without chips or any thing
Quick tea stop while staying in a nearby hotel.. SO much food for so little - value for money is insane. Also the best Chinese Ive ever had - especially the spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken (there was also tons of chicken). Couldnt reccomend more! My only issue was that there was too much food!
Any dish from here is awesome and brilliantly priced and the staff well 2 generations of my family can't be wrong
